These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the MAD PARODY website (“Website”) and to all purchases made through the Website.

5. PLACING AN ORDER

Before completing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review your selected products, quantities, shipping information, payment information, and total order value.

Products placed in your shopping bag are not reserved. Products remain available for purchase by other customers until your order has been successfully completed.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

The shipping confirmation indicates that your order has entered the delivery process.

MAD PARODY does not guarantee that every product, color, or size displayed on the Website will remain available.

Our collections may be produced in limited quantities and restocks are not guaranteed.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and refund any applicable amount already paid for the unavailable product.

MAD PARODY reserves the right to discontinue products at any time.

Sale products, special releases, limited editions, and promotional offers are available while stocks last unless otherwise stated.

MAD PARODY displays and/or accepts prices in:

IDR — Indonesian Rupiah
USD — United States Dollar
EUR — Euro

Prices displayed in currencies other than the base transaction currency may be subject to currency conversion.

Exchange rates may change over time.

Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment gateway may apply its own exchange rate, foreign transaction fee, or other charges.

MAD PARODY is not responsible for differences caused by third-party currency conversion or banking charges.

13. PRICING ERRORS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the Website are correct.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an obvious pricing error after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to contact you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

If the order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

14. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping service.

All MAD PARODY orders are dispatched from:

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and are provided as estimates only.

Delays may occur because of customs processing, courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, inaccurate delivery information, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

The recipient is responsible for paying applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges.

MAD PARODY does not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount before delivery.

Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements applicable in their destination country before ordering.

18. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

MAD PARODY cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on the destination and courier service, someone may need to be present to receive or sign for the shipment.

19. UNDELIVERED & UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.

Packages may be returned to MAD PARODY due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Repeated failed delivery attempts
Failure to collect a shipment
Refusal to accept delivery
Unpaid customs duties or taxes

Where permitted by applicable law, costs incurred in connection with an uncollected or returned shipment may be deducted from any refund due.

Original shipping costs and third-party charges may be non-refundable.

20. RETURNS

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Unless a different mandatory consumer right applies, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and resellable condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and other components must remain intact.

MAD PARODY reserves the right to reject returns that do not satisfy the applicable return conditions, subject to applicable consumer law.

21. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the product received is incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

The customer bears responsibility for the return shipment until it has been received by MAD PARODY, subject to applicable law.

For international returns, customers should complete customs documentation accurately and identify the shipment as returned merchandise where appropriate.

Please retain your return shipping receipt and tracking information.

22. EXCHANGES

MAD PARODY does not currently provide direct exchanges through the online store.

If you require another size, color, or product, please return the original product according to our return procedure and place a new order.

Availability of replacement products cannot be guaranteed.

23. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after your return reaches us for inspection and processing.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:

24. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

For delivery-condition claims, we ask that you contact us within 3 days of delivery where reasonably possible.

Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging where relevant

This requested notification period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

After reviewing the claim, MAD PARODY will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
